Refund policy

I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! If you have an issue, please contact me within 2 days to address the issue as best I can.

Please note:
All of my pieces are made by hand processes by me! Slight inconsistencies and imperfections are part of the natural beauty of handmade pieces and is what makes Ordinary O pieces distinctive.

Due to the unique nature of the work, returns will not be accepted. Unless the item arrives damaged because of shipping. Please contact me within 2 days of receiving your order. In which case a new, closely related custom item will be shipped out to you at no cost, or repair will be done if possible and shipping will be covered.

I take extra care in packaging the items so that they arrive to you safely. Due to the delicate nature of the work, some dried floral material make shake loose or break during shipping. This is to be expected and will not be considered for a refund/replacement.

CARE: Overall its best to handle your piece with care and to handle as little as possible. Keep fingers off metal and take care when hanging your work not to drop it. Please be sure to remove your piece from the wall when you are hanging another artwork around the piece or on the same wall. It is best to pick a place that will be relatively undisturbed for the artwork. A wall that shakes due to a door slamming shut is an example of an undesirable place to hang your art.

Dried floral will last a long time with proper care! The less sunny the location, the longer the color will last. Fading and shedding will happen over time as it is a natural process. I do my best to choose materials that I know will hold up well over time, however you as the customer are ultimately responsible for your piece once it is ordered and in your hands. Please contact me with pictures if you feel your product is beyond normal variances and I will do my best to assist you.

Bronze does patina over time due to oxidation (I think the patinas are beautiful!). The metal on your piece has been treated with a wax to prevent oxidation. If you would like to clean the metal on your piece you can do so carefully with a jewelry cleaning cloth. If you don't have a jewelry cleaning cloth a mixture of baking soda and lemon juice can be used with a clean cloth. (Mix 1 tbsp baking soda with a squeeze of lemon juice on a small dish, use a small piece of soft cloth to rub the paste carefully on to the bronze. Wash the mixture off with running water. Dry and buff gently with clean soft cloth. Driftwood will dry).
