Shipping policy

We ship anywhere in the USA (International orders, please inquire via email). Items will be shipped in 4-7 days, if not sooner. Please allow extra time on special sizes, custom or international orders. This does not include carrier time. I cannot guarantee the arrival date of any item shipped.

All of our items typically ship USPS Priority Mail (~1-3 days carrier time) since ground usually costs the same amount and this insures your item. This is due to the size of the packaging needed to send your order safely and not the weight. All packages include a tracking number which will be emailed after the order ships.

If you buy more than one piece to be shipped, Shopify will charge you for two shipping charges. I will do my best to package your pieces together if possible and refund you any difference in shipping. However because the pieces are delicate, they may need separate boxes to ensure their safe arrival to you. Thank you for understanding that the work requires more care for shipping than you would experience in person. There is Pick-Up option for local Philadelphia area customers at check out.
